Full-time on a temporary basis.
Responsibilities: Provide a high-quality and customer-focused repairs and maintenance service.
Main trade of painting and decorating, carrying out repairs to occupied homes, communal areas, and empty properties.
Work to a high standard and deliver excellent customer service; plan and manage your workload to ensure jobs are attended to and completed within timescales, reducing the need for further follow-up visits.
