Key Responsibilities:
Communicate clearly across all business levels
Self-manage and work independently
Follow instructions accurately
Ensure on-site Health and Safety compliance
Perform cladding and joinery repairs, flooring, framing, foundation works, linings, and demolition tasks
Collaborate effectively as a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
Painting Qualification (but not essential)
Requirements:
NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
Full NZ driver's license
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
