About the role
Construction Sector
Your daily tasks could be anything from patching and painting, installing door , repairing floors and installing claddings replacing window latches, upgrading bathrooms, aluminum joinery new installation or repair/replace, decking and many more.
Painter
Relevant experience and /or certificates in the painting and maintenance sector
Be physically fit
Be available to work Monday-Saturday between 7am-7:00pm
Be able to work at heights using elevated work platforms when required
Be able to comply with all Health and Safety Procedures
A positive "Can do" attitude, working both in a team and independently
Attention to detail
Cut and assemble materials
Plan installation process and fittings required
Complete installations on-site
Keeping work area clean and tidy
Communicating with contractors/others on worksite
You will becompleting maintenance services in the some of themost premium areas of Auckland
No two days will be the same or boring with plenty of overtime and weekend work available for extra earnings.
Type: Permanent Number of positions: Painter = 3 and Carpenter/Joiner = 7. Pay range for painter is $25-29.99/hr and Carpenter is $27.76-29.99/hr. Days: Between 7am-5:30pm Mon - Saturday. Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours, with standard hours of 40 hours per week.

Skills and experience
To be successful you must have:
Carpentry experience [minimum 12 months] and or Trade Certificate
Painting experience [minimum 12 months] and or Trade Certificate
Problem solving skills
Can do attitude
Good Customer Service Skills
Well presented
Full Current drivers license
Goodcommunication skills
Own tool kit
Be comfortable doing a range of tasks
