This role reports into the Retail Manager and is an integral part of our retail team. As HOD / Team Leader, you will beresponsible for:Maximizing sales and profitthrough delivering excellent staff leadershipEnsuring customersare the number one priorityPromoting a teamculture that encourages a positive working environmentStock, displays andbrand standardsManagement of the department's team and all employee related functionsContributing to theoverall success of the store by actively supporting health & safety andloss prevention initiatives and processWe value high performers who can 'walk the talk' andwho are naturally inclined to enjoy front facing customer interactions.
