Due to internal movements, we are currently seeking a Head of Department for our Paint Department.
This role reports into the Retail Manager and is an integral part of our retail team.
As HOD / Team Leader, you will be responsible for:Maximizing sales and profit through delivering excellent staff leadershipEnsuring customers are the number one priorityPromoting a team culture that encourages a positive working environmentStock, displays and brand standardsManagement of the department's team and all employee related functionsContributing to the overall success of the store by actively supporting health & safety and loss prevention initiatives and processWe value high performers who can 'walk the talk' and who are naturally inclined to enjoy front facing customer interactions.
