Packing Team Leader

This role will be providing production support to the packing and slicing operation as well as completing quality control checks. A good hand on experience with industrial packing machinery is a must.
Key responsibilities for this role: Work on the packing line.
Perform Quality Control checks. This includes checks of documentation, labelling, packing, and cooking records to ensure they are accurate and meet our quality standards.
Collection of daily samples.
Attention to detail, hands-on manufacturing experience, and being a team player.
You will have prior experience operating machinery within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
Ability to work as a supervisor in the absence of the main supervisor.
Maintain and ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Key attributes we are seeking: Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Hands-on experience operating machinery.
A positive can-do attitude and an active team player.
Proven ability to work in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.
