We are looking for various supervisory, management & technician roles for a fixed term period of 6 -10 weeks.
Full time hours up to seven days a week.
Applicants must be available for the whole season.

Inwards Supervisor: Ensuring the efficient and organized receival of fruit, maintaining the inwards coolstore area, and managing a team to optimize operations.
Duties of this role include: Ensure all fruit is received and receipted efficiently and quicklyOrganize the inwards area and roster staff efficientlyUnload and weigh bins and take the temperatureEnsure reloading trucks with empty bins and buckets Off-site Coolstore Co-Ordinator: Coordinating the handling and storage of stock at off-site coolstores, ensuring efficient logistics, accurate record-keeping, and maintaining quality and safety standards.
Duties of this role include: Stock coordination and transport management of bins between off-site coolstores and packhouseEnsuring accurate and prompt data entryCommunicate with truck drivers to coordinate deliveries and pickups at off-site coolstoresEnsure efficient and quick handling of fruit to maintain the cool chainUphold Health and Safety standards to promote a positive and safe workplace Packaging Team Lead: Lead the packaging team in monitoring and maintaining packaging inventory using our stocktake program.
Ensuring the right packaging is available on time and supervising the box making team to keep stock ready.
Duties of this role include: Conducting regular stock checks for accuracy by using inventory management softwareCoordinating packaging needs to meet production schedulesLeading the box making team to ensure preparedness with adequate stockEnsuring correct packaging branding and sizes are available as neededUsing forklift for handling large packaging pallets About You: Minimum 4 months experience in a similar role to one of the roles mentioned above is requiredProactive and enthusiastic team playerForklift license preferredOutstanding verbal skills and confidence to communicate with different peopleAbility to work well under pressure with outstanding organizational skills About us: CentralPac is one of New Zealand's leading cherry packhouses and provides cherry processing and orchard services, located in the heart of Central Otago.
