Packhouse Quality Controller

Description: We have a position available for an experienced Quality Controller for the 2025 Harvest season. The position will be full-time and fixed term beginning in February 2025 and ending upon completion of the Harvest Season in June. The successful applicant will have proven experience in pip-fruit quality management systems and be able to work as part of a team. We are Bio Gro accredited. Experience would include: Competence in Phytosanitary Procedures and pest identification Experience and knowledge of sampling and inspection methods Experience and knowledge of Exporter specifications and grade standards Knowledge of SQF, Global Gap and HACCP compliance around a packhouse An understanding of OAP's for China, Taiwan, & USA Knowledge of MPI MAO standards for exporting The ability to work in an organised and methodical manner Computer literate Strong communication skills The Quality Controller role is a flexible position and could suit people with a wide range of abilities and skills.
