About The Role
In this role, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to achieve daily production targets for our squash and melon season.
As a valued team member, you'll take on a range of important responsibilities, including:
Ensuring a clean and organised workspace
Carefully grading and packing fresh produce
Maintaining food safety protocols
Keeping accurate records
Building bins

About You
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in food manufacturing or warehousing who understands the importance of health and safety standards. Ideally, you're familiar with food safety and quality requirements within a manufacturing setting and can uphold these consistently.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you'll be interacting with various team members to ensure smooth operations. Your approach to work is accurate, reliable, and organised, and you're comfortable managing tasks in a fast-paced environment, always aiming for a high standard of quality.
Desired Experience and Skills:
Physically fit to meet the demands of the role
Experience in food manufacturing or warehousing
Familiarity with food safety and quality requirements
Strong health and safety awareness
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workload
Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment
Works well independently and in a team
