Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

Develop and test new packaging solutions for existing and new products
Participate in factory trials and assess outcomes to meet packaging requirements
Maintain accurate packaging specifications and documentation
Provide troubleshooting and support for packaging-related issues in manufacturing

The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or related field
2+ years of experience in packaging development, ideally within FMCG
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, technologies, and processes
Familiarity with sustainability practices and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
