Packaging Co-Ordinator/Junior Analyst

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Finance Team based at our head office site in Te Puke.
Te Puke is experiencing significant growth due to our "thriving" kiwifruit industry. It's also in a great location within an easy driving distance from both Papamoa, Mount Maunganui and Tauranga. If you're up for the challenge – then we want to hear from you!
This role is primarily responsible for completing our packaging accounting processes and providing analysis, forecasting, and demand planning for packaging and our business partners.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will also support the Finance and Operations Teams with projects, data analysis, and data integrity checks.
To be successful, you will need:
An accounting qualification (or studying towards) and preferably 2-3 years' work experience.
To be able to build strong relationships and rapport with staff at all levels.
Confidence to work autonomously and take ownership of key areas of responsibility.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse and interpret data.
Power BI experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong team player.
