Pa To Director

We are seeking an experienced part-time Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director of Learning and Student Experience.
The role is 16 hours a week (minimum 4 days) with flexibility on start and finish times.

This is an opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys managing a variety of projects and tasks and prioritising to meet deadlines.
This role engages with students, staff, and stakeholders to support Moorlands' mission to equip people, passionate about Jesus Christ, to impact the Church and the world.
Successful candidates must have experience in facilitating and prioritising administrative support to an individual, along with competence in minute taking and preparing papers and agendas.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office is essential.
The role would suit a confident communicator, comfortable managing a variety of tasks and projects at any one time, and able to prioritise deadlines independently.
Knowledge of the higher education sector and theology would be an advantage when supporting students and staff, alongside experience of utilising databases and electronic systems to maximise efficiencies.
