Are you experienced in administration and have a passion for commercial real estate?
Join a high-performing commercial salesperson in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will own the support functions to ensure smooth administration and marketing across the sales and leasing process.
About the Role This is a diverse position where you will take charge of essential administrative tasks while gaining valuable experience in the world of commercial real estate.
You will be responsible for: Database management and contract administration Manage listings, property sale proposals, and information memorandums Ensuring AML compliance Collaborating on marketing campaign creation and distribution Utilize our CRM system, Property Suite, to support sales team efficiency Fulltime hours preferred Monday to Friday, flexible to part time for the right candidate We are searching for someone with: A background in commercial real estate or the ability to quickly understand the industry Strong numerical skills and an exceptional eye for detail A calm composed personality that thrives under pressure The ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Great communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external clients Experience in using CRM or database systems like Property Suite or similar is advantageous Why Join Us?
