P&P Coordinator - Support Office

You will be stepping into our vibrant, fast-paced People & Performance team, reporting to our People & Performance Manager for shared service at NZD. This role will see you working with our branch network & support office functions to offer comprehensive & professional HR coordination support.
Daily you will be responsible for, however not limited to:
Manage the people inbox and provide a timely response to a wide variety of queries.Communicate with stakeholders around HR processes and policies.Creating documents through DocuSign and ensuring documents are consistent with policy & legislation.Onboarding new starters into our HR systems.Process and maintain all employee changes in our HR system to ensure data is accurate and always the 'source of truth'.Running reports in our HR systems monthly/quarterly/annually as and when required.Providing administration support for annual HR events.This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our National office in Penrose.We're looking for the successful candidate to start early in the new year. About you: We're looking for someone who enjoys and thrives working at pace and wants to be part of a friendly and supportive team and looking to grow their career in HR.
Previous experience in customer service or Administration/coordinator role or a new graduate looking for your first role.Intermediate experience with Microsoft suite with a strong ability to learn new systems.Organised and able to work to deadlines with great attention to detail.Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form with a passion for customer service.Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in the HR space.Join Us: We value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds.
