Working on a small yet high needs portfolio, you will be the right arm to this senior manager.A typical day will include duties such as:Full admin support to the senior Owners Corporation ManagerPrepare submissions, reports, papers, letters, meeting minutes and agendasLodge and monitor insurance claimsDraft FRV submissions for false fire alarmsDraft communicationsAttend ADM and committee meetings (after hours work will be required - time off in lieu)Who we would love to be talking with:Those currently in an assistant level or administrative Owners Corporation positionResidential or commercial property managers looking to move to OCStrong accounts or admin candidatesMust have exceptional computer/admin/people skills with a high attention to detailAfter hours meetings will be required so some late nights will be necessary.This is an excellent role within Owners Corporation where you will be exposed to a varied and comprehensive workload.This is a Monday to Friday role 9am - 5.30pm (after hours meetings required with time off in lieu). 2 days working from home available if desired.Join a great team where lunch is supplied every Wednesday, fun team events, and great support and career progression is available!Salary will be commensurate to experience circa $70,000 - $90,000 package.If you like what you've read, and are ticking most of the boxes above, we would love to talk with you!
