Reporting to the Tumuaki | Chief Executive, this role leads our team at Anakiwa in all facets of the offering by the Outward Bound Trust. You have responsibility for staffing, educational outcomes, risk management, admin and budgetary control, organisational and pastoral responsibilities at our unique School. Quality course outcomes in a safe and supportive environment are a high priority, along with leading our 7 (AMT) Anakiwa Management team members. You also hold a key role in the Lead Team of Outward Bound NZ.What You'll Be Doing:Your job is to lead and mentor the AMT to ensure the school consistently delivers high quality educational outcomes for our students. Working collaboratively alongside the CE & Lead Team, you help to drive the delivery of the strategic goals of Outward Bound.Outward Bound's Kaupapa is our set of values, course objectives & design principles that underpin our culture and courses.
