Outbound Warehouse Team Leader

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Outbound Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy and friendly Wellington team. This is a full-time permanent position working with our hardworking, fun team at our Gracefield, Wellington hub.
About the Role
Working alongside, leading & training a team of 6
Picking/processing/checking/packing/labelling orders
Ensuring KPIs are met to clear floor daily
Using SAP warehouse system & assisting the Warehouse Manager
Moving product & lifting up to 20 kgs
About You
Background in warehousing & leading a team
Proven success in managing the flow of Outbound activities
Good communication & coaching skills combined with a great sense of humour
Track record of reliability, strong work ethic & attention to detail
Good working knowledge of health & safety
Confident computer skills with SAP experience an advantage
Forklift or Reach licence preferred
