Outbound Sales Representative

Position: Temporary Outbound Sales Representative
Location: Newmarket
Hours: 20 hours per week (4-5 hours per day, 4 – 5 days per week, starting between 8:30 am and 9:00 am)
Assignment Length: 6 months
Start Date: ASAP – Monday start
Hourly Rate: $30 + 8% holiday pay
We are working with a cleaning services company, who is looking for a Part-Time Telemarketer to join their team on a 6-month contract. If you have experience in telemarketing and are passionate about building relationships over the phone, then this could be a role for you!
What will you be doing? Achieve 12 bookings weekly
Make outbound calls to both warm leads from our existing pipeline and new potential customers.
Utilise the CRM system to manage and track leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
Engage with B2B customers, focusing on setting up cleaning service appointments.
What Are They Looking For Proven experience working in an outbound sales position in a B2B setting.
Proven success in building rapport and establishing client relationships over the phone.
Ability to self-manage and stay focused on achieving weekly targets.
Ability to work independently.
