Outbound Customer Care / Appointment Setting ConsultantOur Contact Centre is the heartbeat of our business, creating memorable first impressions and guiding our customers on their journey to better hearing.
About the role: As a Contact Care Consultant, you'll be contacting existing customers to arrange appointments for free hearing checks.
It's a busy role in a people-focused environment where you're well supported by your team and team leader.
Outbound calling with a targeted number of dials per hour to book 18+ appointments daily.Prioritizing customer care and service during calls, with minimal objection handling.Verifying customer information, handling voicemail and email inquiries, and meeting daily and monthly KPIs based on volume of dials and appointments set.A full-time position based in Rosedale, Albany, Auckland.40 hours per week within our Contact Centre's operating times.Flexible shifts, choosing between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday after your induction period.
