Our client is a Central West Auckland secondary school and they are looking for an English teacher for a full-time role commencing in Term 1 2025Our client is a west Auckland coed secondary school and they are looking for a NZ registered English teacher, for ongoing full-time employment commencing in Term 1 2025. The successful applicant will be employed under the terms of the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement. The salary will range from $51,358 to $99,500 dependent on qualifications and length of teaching experience.
Applicants must be NZ residents or have the strong likelihood of obtaining a work visa quickly. All applicants should at least have an English major in their academic record. While an experienced teacher would be ideal, we will consider excellent, qualified beginner teachers. The department has a certain amount of flexibility regarding added specialties (Drama, MS, ESOL etc.) and year levels. The school philosophy is to 'equitably' educate and develop hardworking, principled young people with full respect for Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
