Want to work for a progressive world class tertiary education provider?Join Ara Osteopathy Clinic as a casual receptionist today!As a casual osteopathy clinic receptionist, you will undertake reception and administrative duties in the Osteopathic Clinic effectively and efficiently. You will continually strive for the highest standards and contribute to an excellent patient experience. You will manage the reception for our busy, functioning teaching clinic where members of the public can receive osteopathic care administered by a 3rd or 4th year student under the supervision of a registered osteopath.Key Responsibilities:Knowledge of patient management systems (such as Cliniko).Knowledge of patient rights, especially related to confidentiality, privacy, and information.Numerical/accounting skills.Experience in record keeping to meet statutory and reporting requirements paired with attention to detail.Experience in a busy environment with the ability to multitask.Positive and polite disposition.Ability to work cooperatively with others.Ability to maintain performance/manage competing demands while working under pressure.Ara Institute of Canterbury, a business division of Te Pukenga (Ara), is a vibrant and progressive tertiary institute providing world-class, tertiary-level education throughout the Canterbury and Waitaki region.
