Based on the Etu Multi-Employer Collective Agreement (rates are increasing as per Etu agreement)Mo te tunga - About the Role Orderlies play an integral part in the patient journey, ensuring the delivery of exceptional quality care in our facilities. Our team provides essential orderly services within Christchurch Health Campus seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
The role also covers some back of house functions including waste removal, linen distribution, and movement of equipment associated with patient care.
We are looking for candidates that have great customer service skills and can relate to a range of people.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be physically fit to be able to work on your feet for your entire shift as well as being able to move patients around the hospital with ease and professionalism.
Shifts Available: Floating Shift
Full-time permanent role - 40 hours per week.
No set shift - hours of work are across all the shifts, we are a 24-hour operation which means Morning/Afternoon and Nights will be required 7 days a week.
