Order Specialist Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu The Order Specialist's principal duty is to support the Business Sales Team and internal stakeholders to complete information for Order Entry so a customer's service can be delivered by the Business Fulfilment Team. How you'll show up | Tu mai Tu Rangatira Deliver outcomes aligned with 2degrees' strategic goals, ensuring timely, high-quality results for both customers and internal teams. Collaborate with Sales and manage leads, account segmentation, and data maintenance in Salesforce, ensuring customer sign-off on Service Orders. Oversee customer cases from order entry to fulfilment, ensuring accuracy in CPQ and Service Orders, and assist the fulfilment team as needed. Identify process and system improvements with the Head of Commercial & Sales Operations to enhance customer experience.
