Order Management (Perm, Central, UP TO $4000) One of the largest manufacturers of medical equipment.
Job Details: 5 work week (Monday - Friday) 8.30am - 5.15pm Location: Alexandra AWS + VB + Employee Benefits Responsibilities: Liaise with 3PL on all logistics arrangements/issues for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor, coordinate, and perform inventory-related transactions in the ERP system.
Maintain shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to customers on request.
Process and follow up on customer POs in APAC regions, including billing invoices, credit notes, and verifying customer PO pricing, while highlighting any discrepancies to sales.
Follow up with finance for payment completion.
Talents: Preferably candidates who have at least 2 years of relevant experience and basic Incoterm knowledge.
