The role:
Based in either Hokitika or Christchurch (Hornby), we are looking for an Order Management Officer to assist with managing the order to delivery process for Westland's domestic and export customers.
Reporting to the Team Leader Order Management and working as part of a team of 7 Order Management Officers, this position includes the effective co-ordination of order deliveries and the provision of a timely, accurate and cost-effective order management service (and world-class customer service) to Westland's key customers.
In summary the Order Management Officer will:
Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of Westland Milk Products, acting as a critical point of contact with Westland's nutritional and commodity customers.
Be responsible for the creation and administration of all quotes, contracts and orders in Oracle EBS.
Create and manage export and domestic shipment plans - working closely with Westland's export team.
Provide Westland's key nutritional and commodity customers with product samples and information as required.
Proactively manage any situations of customer dissatisfaction, and resolve issues with an empathetic and solution-focused approach.

Although not essential, prior experience using ERP systems in a customer-facing role would be an advantage.
