If you are passionate about horticulture and leading a team - come and work for a company that values its people!This is a full-time, permanent position.ABOUT THE JOB:Reporting to the Orchard Manager, you will be:Supervising and motivating a team of people from various cultural backgroundsSharing your knowledge and experience while you upskill and develop your teamSupporting your team to perform quality workKeeping accurate records, including timesheets and calculating piece ratesABOUT YOU:You will have:A strong background in the kiwifruit industry, with experience in winter pruning and other orchard tasksExperience training and leading teamsA good understanding of mechanical, tool and machinery operations including tractorsExcellent time management and organisational skillsA can-do attitude and the ability to build strong relationshipsA strong commitment to health and safety in the workplaceA legal right to work in NZ as defined by Immigration NZABOUT USHere at Punchbowl, we have one mission and that is to grow greatness.
