About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced Orchard Supervisors to join our team in Katikati, Bay of Plenty. This is a full-time role based in Katikati, working across sites between Tauranga - Athenree. You will be working alongside an experienced Orchard Management team to ensure we get the job done and we get it done right.
As Orchard Supervisor, your key focus will be to supervise and train orchard teams in their day to day duties, effectively plan tasks with your orchard manager, carry out orchard maintenance where required and motivate and supervise orchard teams in the field to achieve quality results.
In addition to this you will ensure that all Health & Safety and compliance requirements are met, ensuring all our seasonal requirements are facilitated to the highest possible standard.
