Orchard Supervisor

Bruntwoood Farms 2021 Ltd are looking for someone to assist in the supervision of seasonal orchard staff. This would involve supervising orchard workers and/or contractors in growing, maintaining and harvesting kiwifruit along with other maintenance work. The successful applicant would be expected to work alongside and supervise general orchard work, not limited to and may or may not include; Kiwifruit summer and winter pruning All other aspects of kiwifruit vine management work The expectation of the supervisor's roll is to ensure the overall quality of the orchard workers / contractors work meets Bruntwood Farms Ltd (2021) standards. This role reports to the Orchard Manager and previous experience in a supervisory role or management of staff is essential.
