The purpose of this position is to supervise teams and contract workers to achieve the required outcomes as set by the Orchard Manager. This will include little to no rework and a high level of attention to detail within expected seasonal time constraints. To apply for this role you should:
Be fit, willing, and available!
Have previous experience supervising people and teams
Have minimum 3-5 years experience in the Kiwifruit industry
Have great communication skills and be able to follow and give directions clearly
Take pride in work well done and complete work to a high standard
Work in a safe way and with the safety of others in mind
Have a proven background of reliability and punctuality
Have reliable transport to/from a range of orchards across the BOP
Be friendly and have a professional manner
