Kiwi Rangers Limited is looking for an Orchard Office Manager for their busy company. This is a full-time permanent position and will consist of handling the full office operations of our company.
To be considered for this position you'll have at least a qualification in relevant studies at Diploma level or higher or sufficient experience to complete the tasks in this position (at least 6 months). You should have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently to reach goals. You must be able to multitask and will be able to complete work in set time frames.
You will be expected to perform management tasks such as handling all communications to the company relating to the company's finances, including phone calls and emails liaising with professionals such as our accountant and IRD, as well as other Managers to ensure that the business operations run smoothly and to solve any issues, creating reports and completing all financial management.

Duties include:
Providing administration support, data entry, and record keeping
Processing of weekly timesheets
Assisting with new staff and sub-contractor inductions
Administrative support with budget and cost tracking
Working closely with the orchard team members to ensure systems and processes are aligned over all orchard sectors
Staff facilities management
Audit preparation for GRASP and Global Gap
Be the go-to person for on-orchard systems
Supporting projects to improve orchard system processes
You will be required to do some travel to collect/distribute paperwork and ensure Health and Safety compliance is maintained across the company procedures, including checking/stocking first aid supplies as required.
This is a full-time permanent position and the successful applicant will be required to maintain accurate records of our company's financial transactions and reconcile our bank accounts. You will also be preparing reports and communicating and dealing with third parties such as IRD and our accountant.
We are looking at a minimum of 30 hours per week for this role.
Pay Rate: $29.66 per hour
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm
