About the opportunity We're seeking anOrchard Manager for Hinton's Orchard,a fantastic opportunity for an experienced grower to make their mark.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadthe Central Otago growing team across multiple blocks to maximise fruit quantity and qualitysupplied to T&G Fresh. Lead best-practice orchard management across pruning, spraying, irrigation, frost fighting and harvest. Drive high performance and develop a continuous improvement mindset across the growing team Orchard blockdevelopment and innovation Develop annual crop forecasts and orchard budgets Partner with the People & Culture team to plan for seasonal labour including our RSE programme Ensure the orchard environment and equipment is maintained to a high standard This role is based in Alexandra, Central Otago. The competitive salary package includes a company vehicle, accommodation, and visa /relocation support, if required.
