If you are excited by innovative growing techniques (substrate, fertigation, tunnels), ambitious for results, well organised operationally, and love growing plants and people – this role is for you.This is a key leadership role overseeing all aspects of the orchard including production, harvest, operational workflows, staff, health and safety, repairs and maintenance, budgets and costs, and compliance standards.You don't need specific berry experience – our technical team will guide you. You may have worked in kiwifruit, apples, avocados or other major crops. You just need a terrific 'can-do' attitude, track record of teamwork and hardwork, and a desire bring out the best in others.Remuneration is aligned to market rates and your experience.
