About the role As an Account Manager reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our valued corporate clients. This full-time role is based in our Auckland CBD office and involves working closely with both our clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth.
What you'll be doing Proactively manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients
Understand client needs to negotiate and manage client contracts and agreements
Identify and capitalise on opportunities to expand existing client accounts
Participate in client meetings, presentations and events to strengthen relationships
What we're looking for Proven experience in an account management or sales role, ideally within the travel industry to ensure you've got a good understanding of airfares and knowledge of travel products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to handle client requests effectively
Proactive and driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied and substantial workload with follow-up accuracy and a high level of attention to detail.
