Our team is passionate about promoting oral health and providing personalised treatment plans that meet the individual needs of our patients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Oral Health Therapist to join our team. 
Key tasks & Responsibilities:  Perform thorough oral health assessments, including screening for periodontal disease and other dental conditions 
Develop personalised treatment plans and provide professional dental hygiene treatment, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatment 
Provide oral health education and instruction to patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and strategies to maintain optimal oral health 
Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients 
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment plans 
Keep up to date with the latest developments in oral health care and participate in professional development activities

Requirements & key terms and conditions:  Bachelor's degree in Oral Health or equivalent 
Registration with the Dental Council of New Zealand as an Oral Health Therapist 
 Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and support staff 
A positive and enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and grow as a dental professional 
This is a full-time position of 40 hours based at our premises in Rotorua 
Pay will be between $35 to $55/hour, plus commission
