We're looking for a Machine Operator to join our crew. Sound like you? Great, read on… The Role Our Machine Operators (labeller and packer machinery) are responsible for effectively executing the CSD production plan in line with instructions. They achieve this by operating our state-of-the-art equipment safely and efficiently while ensuring a continued supply of quality outgoing product with minimum wastage and downtime. Attention to detail is key as record keeping and undertaking quality assurance is all part of the job. To ensure performance and outcomes that consistently meet CCEP's expectations, we need effective team members who will be able to use their advanced technical skills and thorough understanding of the production process to review and optimise production parameters and ancillary equipment setup. What do I need? You'll need to have at least one year of relevant experience operating similar machinery.Have exposure to and understand Food Safety Management Systems and possess knowledge of Quality and H&S practices (product testing and compliance paperwork).Enjoy working in a team environment.Be available to work a 3+1 shift pattern (6am till 6pm Mon to Wed) and (6am to 3.30pm on Thurs).During peak summer season, the shift pattern will shift to 2x2x3 (6am–6pm, Mon–Sun) so flexibility with hours is a must.
