Join us as a skilled operator in our Minor Construction team in Canterbury!
We are looking for an experienced and motivated operator to join our minor construction team in Christchurch. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of general labouring tasks across various locations, as well as operating a variety of plant and machinery on our construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery in a professional manner to complete skilled tasks related to minor construction.
Monitor plant maintenance and ensure all plant and equipment is maintained in a presentable manner.
Take part in pre-start meetings and risk planning before commencing work.
Ensure all work is carried out safely, on-time and to the highest quality standard.

We're Looking for Someone With:
WTR endorsements.
Full Class 2 Licence (Class 4 advantageous).
Previous experience operating machinery in a construction environment.
Flexibility to perform various daily tasks and grow with the team.
A proactive approach to Health and Safety - it's our #1 priority.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and upskill.
