You will manage fruit placement, adjust machine speeds, and optimize staff allocation.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and adjust production processes to maintain efficiency in our apple packhouse.Manage fruit placement, machine speeds, and staff for smooth production.Resolve any issues quickly to avoid production delays.Perform routine maintenance on equipment.Document and report on operational activities.Collaborate with the team to meet production targets.Contribute to improving processes and productivity.About You:Experience in a similar role is preferred.Positive, proactive attitude.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.Focus on continuous improvement.Fruit industry experience is a bonus but not required.Shift Hours:Daytime Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pmAfternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pmWe offer flexibility on working hours, so we can discuss your preferred schedule.If you're interested in a fast-paced, rewarding role in a state-of-the-art facility, we'd love to hear from you!Proof of eligibility to work in New Zealand is required for all applicants; we are not able to sponsor visa applications for this position.
