We are looking for a highly organised Operations Support Officer to provide timely and accurate administration support to our Competition, Fair Trading and Credit branch. This is a permanent role based in our Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) office.Mo te turanga | About the roleReporting to the Branch Services Manager based in Wellington, you will join a high performing team that is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Competition, Fair Trading and Credit branch. Our teams operate in a fast-paced project-based environment so the ability to effortlessly juggle a busy workload and multiple activities is critical. You will be called on to help with a variety of tasks so your ability to be flexible and adapt to changes is essential.You will be the point of contact in our Auckland office for all branch related project and operational administration. A major part of your role will be the administration and coordination related to Division meetings. These are important regular meetings with staff and Commissioners where you will prepare and collate documents, attend meetings and take accurate minutes. You will also be responsible for supporting our branch with travel bookings, printing, setting up of meetings and assisting with social functions. On top of all this, you will be lucky enough to work for a supportive manager who is focused on developing and growing her team.The salary range for this role is $61,088 - $71,868 plus 3% KiwiSaver employer contribution.
