Spotless/Downer holds three (3) Facilities Maintenance and Management Services contracts with the New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF). This role reports to the Operational Support Supervisor and will be based at Linton Army Camp. The purpose of this role is to support the 3 contracts with administrative and operational support.
The key responsibilities for the role are:

Consistently deliver services aligned with Downer's core values, ensuring integrity, excellence, and sustainability in all actions and decisions.
Proactively manage workloads to meet business demands, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively in time for month-end close-out deadlines.
Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and mature approach to work.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task effectively to meet team requirements.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Proven experience working in a time-sensitive, KPI-driven environment, delivering accurate data entry and supporting tasks like purchase orders and invoice approvals.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications, with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve and apply common sense in day-to-day tasks.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, maintaining quality and efficiency while meeting deadlines and supporting overall team goals.
