Operations Support Administrator

Our client, a world leader in their field, is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to come onboard and assist in the running of their Terminal facility in Bluff, Southland.
This person is the oil that keeps the machine running and will have significant responsibility across both Accounts and Administration, along with also providing support to the operations team. Not for the faint of heart, it is a crucial role with a varied and high workload, and it will take someone who is organised, shows strong initiative, and can work under their own direction diligently.
You will need to have a proven track record in such a role, ideally within an industrial environment, and be able to work as part of a small team and be willing to get stuck in where needed.
Responsibilities include:
Month end reporting
Records management
Creating purchase requests
Inventory reconciliation and support
General administration responsibilities
You will need:
Proven experience in a similar Accounts & Admin role
A strong personality, capable of working in an industrial environment
A willingness to get stuck in, ask questions and wear many hats
An ability to show initiative and work autonomously
Competence with getting up to speed with and working with systems and strong processes
