Job Description About this opportunity The Operations Support Administrator role will work alongside the National Operations Manager with a primary focus on optimizing Health and Safety Processes, training documentation and administration support for VFCC site ordering invoicing, and supplier payments.
Also, you will oversee process documentation, management of the consumable kanban system and support of OpEx activities within the VFCC sites. Your key responsibilities will be to: Ensure all VFCC Sites adhere to company WHS&E systems by systematically addressing potential hazards.
Facilitate regular safety committee and toolbox talks with high employee participation and provide feedback for improvement.
Develop and optimize SOPs and training programs, manage purchasing orders, and oversee new asset integration.
Order and manage Office and Plant supplies using the Site Kanban system to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
Manage goods receipt in SAP and COUPA, CAPEX AP, temporary staff charges, labor hire payments, and review financial documents for accuracy and budget adherence.
To be successful in this role, you'll have: Prior working experience in an administrative/office support position in a manufacturing environment.
Sound knowledge of work, health and safety regulations, and legislation with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety.
SAP knowledge/MRP Systems Technical aptitude and willingness to be hands on.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work autonomously and collaborate in diverse teams.
Demonstrates good judgement and effective decision-making skills with a solutions-based approach to problems.
