Team Leaders/Supervisors (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time FIRST Security is currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor for our Northland Region, based in Whangarei.

We are looking for a proven leader with experience managing a diverse workforce spread across multiple sites throughout Northland.
You will work closely with the team to ensure our guard force is living our values and maintaining the highest standards in what is a very unique operating environment.
This role includes (but is not limited to): Perform operational duties across the week as required including Electronic Monitoring of Non-Custodial Services within the community Providing leadership to your team Acting as first point of support, escalation & response Being out and about in the field e.g.
performing patrol and guarding work Developing the team and our guards more broadly Liaising with our clients and partner agencies Compiling quality assurance, incident and other reports Performing ad-hoc activities or functions as set by the Management team Safely and courteously operating a fully marked company vehicle What is in it for you: Full time hours i.e.
40-60 hours per week Great roster Monday to Friday, 6am till 3pm.
