Hydro excavation is all we do, the level of expertise we've accrued doesn't happen overnight. It's the result of 18 years of civil construction experience and ten years of Research and Development.In this role as the operations supervisor you will be responsible for meeting the company's strategic objectives. You will oversee the activities of staff, contractors, sub-contractors, etc., to deliver outcomes as per agreements.Key responsibilities will be:Lead financial and management audit, compliance activities and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.Contribute to maintaining awareness of issues and trends affecting the industry.Identify and implement improvement opportunities.Develop a staff resources management plan relative to deliverables and needs.Ensure managers and staff operate within authorised delegations.Oversee the recruitment, training and/or development of staff to compliance and operational needs.Manage staffs performance to expectations.Oversee plant, material and equipment to maintenance schedules, contingency planning and emergency repairs.Ensure compliance with all Company Policy and Procedures.Grow new business, drive sales, build strong relationships with existing clients exploring new opportunities within their business.You'll benefit from:A hands-on training programme with a wide range of courses.A welcoming, helpful team – our characters are down to earth and all willing to muck in to give each other a hand - everyone feels like they belong here.Heaps of development and opportunities for growth.True health and safety – you'll never have to work in an unsafe environment or in a situation where you feel uncomfortable.Are you the right fit?We're after characters who are always wanting to learn and grow - your voice matters here, and you will be empowered to make decisions, not just take directions.
