The role requires a confident hands-on leader who can develop and motivate their team to deliver a high standard of service to our customers.You will be a strong communicator and be able to respond quickly to changing demands, enhancing and maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be a leader of health and safety in our facility.We are looking for a minimum of 4 to 5 years' experience in an operations/warehousing role with leading a team.
