The Opportunity; As an Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities include the allocation of vehicles and the day-to-day leadership of our drivers including allocating runs, managing performance, resolving issues and problems, ensuring safety and generally making sure everything is running as efficiently as possible. Reporting into the Depot Manager, your role is vital in the success of our depot.
We are actively recruiting for a PM Operations Supervisor, this means you will be working 1pm to 11.30pm per shift. One week is 5 days on, the next 6 days on, this will include weekends as we operate 365 days of the year, 7 days a week.
