Our client is seeking a Packhouse Manager to guide their team through every stage of a busy packing season, from preseason setup to the final wrap-up.What you'll be doing:Preparing the packhouse and ensuring everything's clean, calibrated, and your team is ready for actionLeading daily meetings and coordinating with the coolstore team to keep production on trackManaging the team members to perform at their best while upholding Health & Safety standardsIdentifying ways to improve processes, enhance productivity and achieve top-notch qualityWhat you bring:Proven experience in packhouse, operations or production management, ideally in the horticulture sectorStrong leadership skills to inspire and focus your team, especially during peak timesDetail-oriented and quality-focused, ensuring smooth operations and excellent resultsCalm under pressure and highly organised, ready to tackle the demands of a fast-paced seasonIf you're ready for a fast-paced role with a fantastic team, we'd love to hear from you!To be considered for this role you must be eligible to work in NZ, have NZ residency, or hold a valid NZ work permit.
