Operations Manager - Work From Home

Job Description:

Ball is seeking a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a full-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in operations management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency- Oversee daily operations, including monitoring KPIs and ensuring targets are met- Manage a team of remote employees, providing guidance and support as needed- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance overall operational performance- Oversee budgeting and financial planning for operations department- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field- Proven experience in operations management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure- Hardworking and energetic personality traits- Strong analytical and presentation skills- Experience working from home or managing remote teams is a plus
