Based out of Rotorua, we have extensive maintenance contracts in the residential, commercial and industrial industries throughout the central north island.We work on a wide range of assets and plant, including split type heat pumps, VRV, chillers, boilers, pumps, geothermal systems, hydronic underfloor heating, refrigeration racks, and BMS.Business has really taken off, so we are looking for another pair of hands to help strengthen our team and achieve our company goals.Here's why working with us will be the best career move you ever make:Your role comes with a strong remuneration package that can be negotiated through the interview process.We are big on personal development, providing opportunities for growth.You will help improve and grow the business, working directly with the General Manager.You will be part of an awesome team environment.You will receive a double cab work Ute, smartphone & PC.If you're relocating, we'll help with moving costs up to $1,000.Beers, barbeques, and fun social events – you'll need a sense of humour!Your role will include:Organising and managing day-to-day operations of the Service and Maintenance team.Managing training, personal development and performance reviews of team members.Ensuring quality assurance results in minimal callbacks to service calls.Ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.Providing technical support and guidance to team members.Managing team Health & Safety responsibilities.Assisting in fine-tuning current systems.Overseeing work programs, procurement, planning, reporting and auditing.Managing client, team, and supplier relationships.What we need from you:NZCE qualified or similar tertiary qualification, or a high level of HVAC & Refrigeration understanding.Organised with an eye for detail.Practical mindset and ability to think on your feet.Experience managing people.Take pride in your work and ensure jobs are top notch.Experience across residential, commercial & industrial construction work.Technical experience with various HVAC systems and controls.If this sounds like you, apply now!
