Joining our Primary Connect team you'll take accountability and oversee the operational performance of the distribution centre to meet safety, service level, people, and budget expectations, and contribute to the achievement of overall distribution centre business performance.
About the Role | Mo te Turanga Ensure an effective process is in place to manage labour resources to meet workload forecasts and the Distribution Centre budgets. Implement continuous improvement of systems and processes. Support the ongoing development of an engaged team that role models our values and customer first mindset  Understand and adhere to all relevant company policies and procedures, and to promote the same amongst the team. Undertake change management projects and initiatives within operations, and within the broader business as required. To succeed in this role you will need to be a relationship builder and influencer, someone with excellent communications skills and the ability to lead by example. You'll bring operations leadership experience, with a strong people focus and an innovative and solutions-focussed mindset.
