Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage service activities to consistently deliver high-quality, cost-effective care. Support managers in delivering unit and ward plans. Develop business cases and apply analytical approaches to budget objectives. Oversee financial performance for directly managed services. Ensure achievement of performance targets and indicators.
